Gate Access Instructions

Your ID is your pool pass! In 2023, Lake Vista Pool switched to a digital gate access platform instead of physical pool passes. Even with digital access to open the gate, residents are expected to check in with the pool monitor to verify residency each visit. If you need to set up your account, please follow these steps:

1) RESIDENCY VERIFICATION with a pool monitor. Stop by the pool between 9AM-9PM with your ID showing the Lake Vista address where you reside.

2) REGISTER on Lake Vista website. After your website account is approved, you will receive an email notification. This is not your gate access, though it is the first step of account registration: https://www.lakevistapoa.com/account/register

3) REQUEST pool gate access by contacting the Pool Manager, including your Lake Vista address. After submitting this form, your information will need to be entered individually into the gate access website, which will take 24-28 hours on average. You will receive an email from Avigilon Alta to proceed. In the meantime, you can still use the pool by showing your ID to the pool monitor who can verify your residency. Even after syncing gate access with the app, residency verification will take place at the pool when you check in where you may be asked for an ID (physical or digital copy).   

4) DOWNLOAD the Alta Open app onto your cell phone. This is available in the app store for Android or iOS. (Tip: Be sure to download Alta Open and not Alta Access.)

5) SYNC the requested gate access onto your phone after receiving the email from Avigilon Alta to complete the steps.
