Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
All exterior modifications to any property in Lake Vista must be pre-approved in writing by the ARC committee, including tree removal, additions to decks, driveways, major landscape changes, etc. The ARC committee also addresses complaints of covenant violations, reviews new construction building plans, and makes recommendations and reports for needed Bylaw or Rule Resolutions to the Lake Vista Board of Directors. Pool & Social Committee
Pool operations and community events are coordinated through this committee. The Lake Vista Pool is a private pool only accessible for residents of the Lake Vista Community, and management aims to protect the integrity of pool use for those who pay HOA fees or rent a unit. Annual community events include events holiday gatherings, neighborhood yard sale, craft fair, socials, book club, movie nights and more. Questions can be directed to [email protected].
