- Approval Criteria: Submissions must meet the following criteria:
- Align with the mission and values of the POA.
- Be relevant to current or upcoming community activities, news, or services.
- Maintain a neutral and respectful tone.
- Be free from promotional or commercial content, unless pre-approved by the Board.
4. Restrictions on Content
- Commercial Ads: The POA website is not intended to be a platform for general commercial advertising. However, submissions from local service providers or vendors may be allowed if they directly benefit the community (e.g., local contractors, repair services, etc.).
- Offensive Content: Content that includes offensive language, personal attacks, political or religious advocacy, or inappropriate material will not be approved.
- Timeliness: Submissions related to past events, outdated services, or irrelevant information may be denied.
5. Content Removal

6. Liability and Indemnification
LVPOA is not responsible for the content submitted by third parties and does not endorse the opinions expressed therein. Submitters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the POA from any legal claims related to their content submission.
7. Submission Limitations
- Frequency of Submissions: The POA Board may impose limits on how often a property owner or vendor may submit content, especially for commercial or promotional items. This helps maintain fairness and relevance to all members.
This policy is intended to ensure that the website serves its primary purpose of facilitating communication within the community and supporting the interests of the POA members. The POA Board reserves the right to amend this policy as needed.
