As you get situated in your new home, you can get to know your neighbors or get involved a number of ways. The first step to staying informed is registering on this site and selecting your notification preferences for email and/or text.

3) REQUEST Pool Gate Access by showing your ID to a pool monitor to verify your residency. Your ID is your pool pass. If you would like gate access, the pool monitor can explain the steps to download the app on your phone.

Monthly Board Meetings
LVPOA Board Meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month, except December and July. Committee members are welcome to attend.

Office Hours at the Clubhouse
Our property manager is on site at the Lake Vista Clubhouse on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. If you have any questions for Holly Snead, you can reach out here.
